Ingredients
  

  • Grilled Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coffee Caramel Flan
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • For the Grilled Chicken
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Coat chicken breasts in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • For the Coffee Caramel Flan
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  • Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly until thickened.
  • Pour mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  • Let flan cool before serving.
