Ingredients
  

For the Iced Coffee:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener optional
  • Ice cubes

For the Snickerdoodle Cookies:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it chill.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll dough into balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool on a rack.
  • Pour iced coffee over ice and add milk and sugar.
  • Serve your iced coffee with a side of snickerdoodle cookies.
