Ingredients
  

For Iced Latte:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • Ice cubes

For S’mores Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add vanilla and mix in graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, forming balls.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  • For the iced latte, brew coffee and chill it.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in the chilled coffee.
  • Add milk and sugar, then stir.
  • Serve with the cookies on the side.
