Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack graham crackers crumbled
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pans. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let crust cool, then spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly.
  • Freeze for 1 hour to set the ice cream.
  • Heat heavy cream in a pan, add chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over frozen cake, add marshmallows on top. Freeze until fully set.
