- 1 pack graham crackers crumbled
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pans. Bake for 10 minutes.
Let crust cool, then spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly.
Freeze for 1 hour to set the ice cream.
Heat heavy cream in a pan, add chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over frozen cake, add marshmallows on top. Freeze until fully set.
