- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
In a large jar or pitcher, mix the ground coffee and cold water together.
Cover the jar or pitcher and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 12 hours.
After the coffee has steeped, strain it through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add fresh mint leaves to the strained coffee and let it infuse for 2-4 hours.
