For Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino:
- 1 cup coffee cooled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup crushed cookies
For Chocolate Cookies:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter, egg, and vanilla together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into balls and flatten them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
For frappuccino, blend cooled coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, ice, and instant coffee.
Pour into glasses, top with cookie crumbles.
Serve with freshly baked chocolate cookies.
