Ingredients
  

For Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino:

  • 1 cup coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup crushed cookies

For Chocolate Cookies:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Beat butter, egg, and vanilla together.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough into balls and flatten them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • For frappuccino, blend cooled coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, ice, and instant coffee.
  • Pour into glasses, top with cookie crumbles.
  • Serve with freshly baked chocolate cookies.
