Ingredients
  

For the Banana Bread:

  • Ripe bananas mashed: 3 medium
  • All-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • Salted caramel sauce: ½ cup
  • Granulated sugar: ½ cup
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Butter melted: ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt: ½ cup

For the Java Drizzle:

  • Brewed coffee cooled: 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered sugar: ¾ cup
  • Butter softened: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Pan
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in mashed bananas and Greek yogurt.
  • Step 4: Fold in the Dry Mixture
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Step 5: Swirl in the Salted Caramel
  • Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over it. Top with the remaining batter.
  • Step 6: Bake the Bread
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  • Step 7: Prepare the Java Drizzle
  • In a bowl, whisk softened butter with powdered sugar and cooled coffee until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 8: Glaze and Serve
  • Drizzle the java glaze over the cooled banana bread. Slice and serve.
