Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust:
  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Layer the Ice Cream:
  • Spoon softened vanilla ice cream into the pan. Spread evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes. Repeat with chocolate ice cream.
  • Top with Whipped Cream:
  • Once frozen, spread whipped cream on top. Add a drizzle of chocolate and caramel sauce if desired. Freeze for 3–4 hours.
  • Serve:
  • Remove from pan and cut into slices. Enjoy!
