- 4 cups vanilla ice cream softened
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup optional
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce optional
Make the Crust:
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Layer the Ice Cream:
Spoon softened vanilla ice cream into the pan. Spread evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes. Repeat with chocolate ice cream.
Top with Whipped Cream:
Once frozen, spread whipped cream on top. Add a drizzle of chocolate and caramel sauce if desired. Freeze for 3–4 hours.
Serve:
Remove from pan and cut into slices. Enjoy!
