Ingredients
  

For the Cucumber Salad:

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the Coffee Tiramisu:

  • 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • For the salad, thinly slice cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  • Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Pour over cucumbers.
  • Toss well and add chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Chill until serving.
  • For tiramisu, mix coffee and vanilla extract in a shallow dish.
  • Whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  • Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee, layer in a dish, then top with mascarpone mixture.
