This isn’t your basic banana bread, honey—this is banana bread that woke up, put on heels, and added espresso caramel.
It’s the kind of treat that whispers, “you’ve earned this,” right before you pretend to cut one slice.
Bananas do the heavy lifting, espresso brings the sass, and the caramel glaze struts on top like it owns the kitchen.
This loaf is vegan, moist, and so good it could cause friendships to end over the last piece.
Pair it with coffee, or wine—we don’t judge sugar-fueled decisions here.

✨ Flavor Boosting Tips

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for texture with sass.
  • Use strong cold brew instead of espresso if that’s what you have.
  • Store leftovers wrapped tightly—they’ll be moist for 3 days (if they last that long).
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt on top? Total game-changer.
  • Warm in the oven for a gooey re-glaze moment.
