Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 1 cup dark chocolate vegan-friendly
- ½ cup brewed coffee make it strong!
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt.
- Press the dough evenly into the tart pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool.
- For the filling, melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in brewed coffee, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
