  • 1/2 cup dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Blend oats, dates, coffee, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a food processor.
  • Add coconut oil and blend until smooth.
