Mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos make mornings feel like dessert accidentally became breakfast. I blend chocolate, coffee, creamy milk, and crunchy cookie crumbs into one icy treat. My husband calls it fuel, my picky kid calls it amazing, and I call it survival. Honestly, nobody needs to know how much sugar disappeared.

Ingredients
Mocha Frappuccino Base
- Strong brewed coffee, cooled — 1 cup (240 ml)
- Whole milk — 1 cup (240 ml), chilled
- Chocolate sauce — 3 tablespoons (45 ml)
- Granulated sugar — 1 tablespoon (12 g), optional
- Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
- Ice cubes — 2 1/2 cups (350 g)
- Chocolate cookie crumbs — 1/2 cup (55 g)
Cookie Crumble and Topping
- Chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed — 4 cookies (45 g)
- Whipped cream — 1 cup (120 g), optional
- Chocolate sauce — 1 tablespoon (15 ml), for drizzling
- Chocolate cookie crumbs — 2 tablespoons (12 g), for topping
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely. Chill it in the refrigerator if needed so the ice does not melt too quickly.
- Add cooled coffee, milk, chocolate sauce, sugar, vanilla, ice, and 1/2 cup cookie crumbs to a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and frosty. Stop and scrape the sides if the ice sticks.
- Check the consistency. Add a small amount of chilled milk for a thinner drink or extra ice for a thicker texture.
- Fold in 2 tablespoons of crushed cookies after blending if you want noticeable crunchy pieces throughout the drink.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce inside two serving glasses. Pour the blended mocha mixture evenly into each glass.
- Top each glass with whipped cream if using. Finish with crushed chocolate cookies and another light drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon so you can enjoy the creamy drink and crunchy cookie pieces together.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, add an extra cooled espresso shot before blending. For a sweeter version, increase the chocolate sauce gradually.
- Freeze leftover coffee in ice-cube trays for future batches. Use frozen coffee cubes instead of regular ice to create a richer flavor.
Notes
Use fully chilled coffee and milk for the thickest texture. Blend longer for a smoother frappuccino or pulse briefly after adding extra cookie crumbs for more crunch. Add ice gradually to control thickness without making the drink watery. Customize with extra espresso, caramel sauce, white chocolate, peppermint, cinnamon, or dark chocolate cookies. Assemble whipped cream and cookie toppings immediately before serving because they soften quickly. The blended drink is best consumed fresh and should not be frozen after preparation because the dairy mixture can separate and develop ice crystals. Store crushed cookies and chocolate sauce separately in airtight containers according to their package storage instructions. Freeze leftover brewed coffee in cubes for future batches.
