Sweetie, before you panic—there’s no real salmon in this Baked Salmon with Mocha Brownies masterpiece. Your plant-based badge is still valid.

And because restraint is overrated, we’re serving it with fudgy mocha brownies. Yes, ma’am—dinner and dessert got married.
The tofu’s marinated in bold, savory goodness while the brownies drip with espresso-kissed richness.
The combo is weird, wild, and so worth it.
So grab a whisk, fake some fish, and bake like a caffeinated goddess with zero regrets.

  • Crumbled nori adds that “from the sea” flair. Don’t skip it.
  • Make brownies ahead to let the flavor settle in like good gossip.
  • Espresso should be strong—if it doesn’t slap, it’s not coffee.
  • Serve on a board, add berries or nuts, and casually pretend you’re a plant-based Martha Stewart.
