A thick, vegan mocha coffee shake blended with cocoa, plant milk, and ice for dramatic summer relief.
Ingredients
- Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
- Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: 1 cup
- Cocoa powder unsweetened: 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup or agave: 2 tablespoons
- Vegan vanilla ice cream: 2 scoops
- Ice cubes: 1½ cups
- Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
- Dark chocolate shavings optional: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
