Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup coffee grounds
  • ¼ cup dried apricots chopped
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp water if needed

Instructions
 

  • Blend dates in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • Add oats, coffee grounds, apricots, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Process until combined.
  • If the mixture is dry, add water a tablespoon at a time.
