  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp water if needed

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend the dates until finely chopped.
  • Add macadamia nuts, coffee, protein powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Add water slowly if the mixture is too dry.
