Ingredients
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp ground coffee
- 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp water if needed
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates until finely chopped.
