- Filtered water: 30 ml
- Unsweetened dark cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
- Peppermint extract: 2–3 drops
- Maple syrup or agave syrup: 1–2 teaspoons
- Vegan dark chocolate: 10 grams finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 30 ml espresso using 18 grams coffee.
