- 1 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
- 1 pinch salt optional
Instructions

- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture gently simmers and slightly thickens.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully blended.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer if desired for an extra smooth syrup, then cool until warm.
- Transfer into a clean glass bottle using a funnel and refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to coffee, espresso, lattes, iced drinks, milk, hot chocolate, or desserts and stir well.
Notes
Simmer briefly for a thinner consistency or slightly longer for a richer syrup without over-reducing. Chill completely before making iced beverages. Shake before each use because spices naturally settle. Customize with nutmeg, allspice, or orange extract. Store refrigerated in a sealed container for up to three weeks.
