  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanuts chopped
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
