Ingredients
Cold Brew Base
- 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee chilled
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder or chocolate
- 1 cup ice cubes more if desired
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or non dairy
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
Optional Toppings
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream optional
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- Add cold brew, milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. The texture should look frothy with no powdery bits remaining.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or add extra ice for a thicker, colder drink.
- Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream or cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a softer, lighter texture use less ice; for a thicker icy sip add extra ice and blend longer. Freeze leftover coffee into cubes so the drink stays bold. Assemble just before serving for the best consistency. Customize flavors with chocolate, cinnamon, or caramel protein. Store blended coffee in the refrigerator up to one day and shake before enjoying.
